The Beach House Offers:

1.  The best location in Seabrook. Just a short stroll to Main Street and the Beach. The house sits at the end of a quiet trail. Very peaceful and feels private, but still part of the welcoming community of Seabrook.

2.
One of the best Oceanfront lots available in Seabrook for the following reasons:

  • Sits at the top of a gently sloped glen.  No concern about the stability of a steep bluff.
  • The shelter of the cove helps protect the house from strong wind and elements. There is less wear and tear on the house compared to a fully exposed location. The protected heated porch makes an ideal spot to watch the waves even on stormy days.
  •  The stunning view is of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and native NW forest only. There is no highway or cars to look at in the distance. It’s a peaceful sanctuary.
  • The ocean glen and forest in front of The Beach House creates an enchanting quintessential Pacific NW coastal view. It's captivating to watch how the light changes and filters through the trees from sunrise to sunset.
  •  Direct access to the beach path, but in a quieter, less frequented area with not a lot of foot traffic and noise.

3.  A Rare opportunity to have Seabrook Oceanfront. There are only a few oceanfront lots available at Seabrook. Seabrook has 100's of acres of land to develop, but no more oceanfront. Because of the limited supply of oceanfront properties, The Beach House is in higher demand as a rental and has great long-term investment appreciation potential.

4.  The Beach House is an established, highly sought out vacation rental with great investment returns. The rental option creates an opportunity to share your dream home and get help paying for it.    The Seabrook Cottage Rentals program makes it simple to use The Beach House as a vacation rental.  They take care of everything for you – bookings, housekeeping, management, maintenance, and guest services. You are in control of when and how often you would like to open the home to guests or reserve it for yourself, family and friends. It makes owning your dream beach home a great financial investment.

5.   1% of the sale of The Beach House will go to the Seabrook Community Foundation.  These funds are then awarded as grants and scholarships to individuals and organizations in the North Beach and Grays Harbor communities. Grants are provided to organizations that provide services to support these communities. This includes emergency and community services, human services such as food banks, shelter and children’s lunch programs, youth recreational activities, animal welfare, the arts, and other programs.
